My name is Jake, a wedding videographer based in Southern California.

I've loved storytelling since I can remember. I fell in love with the motion picture medium when I was young. I'm passionate about telling each couple's story in a unique and artistic way.

I’ve had the pleasure of lead filming and editing over 100 weddings, across the country and abroad. I’m honored to be a part of each couple’s special day and don’t take it lightly that I get to capture some of the most important moments in couple’s life.

My style has been described as artistic and heartfelt. My team and I capture the special moments throughout the day in a documentary and unobtrusive manner, so the day flows naturally and you can focus on enjoying the day.

The Process

01. Booking

I’ll walk you through the different packages and help you select what best fits your vision for your wedding day. Once the contract is signed and deposit is made, the date is booked!

02. Planning

You’ll receive a questioniare that helps us be prepared for the wedding day and make sure we capture everything as best as we can! I will also make sure to coordinate with your planner for all the nitty-gritty details

03. The Big Day

All you have to do is get married! We work hard to make sure your day is fun, enjoyable and we capture all the special moments

04. Delivery

Taking all the footage, I get working on a beautifully crafted wedding film, unique to your story. Usually, the editing process takes about 2 months.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I work with multiple music licensing companies to get the best music possible for your wedding video. I carefully select tracks that fit your style, and drive the emotion of the day. Music is a huge part of creating a wedding film that truly captures the feelings of the day so I take a lot of time of the editing process choosing. For most couples, this works really well, but I welcome any input. I am willing to edit to your favorite pop song, however, many websites have anti-piracy software that takes down any videos with un-licensed music.

  • Yes! We love to travel and have shot wedding across the country and abroad. I will work with you to make it all work out smoothly

  • Yes! We will put a lav mic on the groom (don’t worry, it’s descrete!), as well as the officiant and plug into the sound system, all to ensure that we capture crisp and clear sound.

  • We love working with photographers and respect the shared passion for capturing weddings in an artistic and meaningful way. We always make sure to communicate with them to make sure we don’t get in each other’s way and we’re both able to capture everything.

  • The max amount of time it will take is 4 months. Usually, they will be delivered within 2 months from your wedding date.

  • Definitely not! We do our best to film everything in an un-obstrusive manner.

  • Yes! Many videography companies will put up a great website portfolio and then subcontract work to less qualified videographers or ones that simply don’t match the same style.

    All of the portfolio on this website is shot and edited by myself and your wedding will be the same. It’s really important to me that each couple receives the same level of quality and care that you see in the examples.

  • In the 6 years and over 100 weddings I’ve captured, this has never happened! However, in the worst case scenario, I have a large network of talented videographers that can take over.
